This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between International Business Consulting Nataša Kobal (“Provider”) and the individual or legal entity enrolling in the NK Method Masterclass (“Participant”).

By purchasing and enrolling in the NK Method Masterclass, the Participant agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Description

[1.1] The NK Method Masterclass is a 6-month online strategic mentorship program starting on 23rd March 2026.

[1.2] The program includes access to online training materials, digital resources, live group calls, and support, as described on the official NK Method Masterclass page at the time of enrollment.

2. Enrollment & Access

[2.1] Upon successful payment of the full program fee, the Participant will be granted access to the NK Method Masterclass platform and materials according to the program schedule.

[2.2] Access is provided for the duration of the program and subject to compliance with this Agreement and the Provider’s Terms of Use.

3. Investment & Payment

[3.1] The Participant agrees to pay the full program fee as stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

[3.2] This Agreement applies to full-payment enrollments only.
[3.3] Participants choosing payment plans are subject to a separate Payment Plan Agreement.

4. Refund Policy

[4.1] The NK Method Masterclass includes a 14-day money-back guarantee, starting from the official program start date.

[4.2] If the Participant requests a refund within this period:

• The full program fee paid will be refunded
• Access to the program will be revoked

[4.3] After the 14-day guarantee period, no refunds are available.

[4.4] This refund policy is subject to the Provider’s full Terms of Use.

5. Educational Nature & No Guarantee of Results

[5.1] The NK Method Masterclass is educational and strategic in nature.

[5.2] While the program provides frameworks, methodologies, and guidance based on professional experience, no specific financial results, income level, or business outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, implementation, decision-making, and external factors.

6. Intellectual Property

[6.1] All materials provided as part of the NK Method Masterclass are the intellectual property of International Business Consulting Nataša Kobal.

[6.2] The Participant is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for their own business or professional purposes only. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or distributing the materials without written permission is prohibited.

7. Professional Conduct

[7.1] Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally in all program environments, including live calls, written communication, and community interactions.

[7.2] The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of inappropriate conduct, without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

[8.1] To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from participation in the program or reliance on its content.

9. Governing Law

[9.1] This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.

10. Acceptance of Agreement

[10.1] By completing the purchase, the Participant confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this Agreement
• Agree to be bound by its terms
• Acknowledge the Provider’s Terms of Use and the Earnings Disclaimer.
