Turnkey Website and Promotion Package for Small Businesses

The WEB4SME package is only available for small businesses with up to 50 employees, as well as for micro businesses, small start-ups, and self-employed individuals.

The website within the WEB4SME package is developed in WordPress with necessary plug-ins.

To view the demo websites, you can fill out the Registration Form or you can contact us at web4sme@ib4sme.com and we will send you access details.

Within the WEB4SME package are included up to 10 pages. You can choose to have various pages, such as About Us, Our Solutions, Projects, Contact Us, Blog, News, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, and other pages presenting your business, products and services.

In the WEB4SME package is not included an e-commerce option, nor online payment. However, we can provide this for an additional fee based on your requirements.

To purchase this package, please fill out the Registration Form and we will contact you for more details. We will first send you access to the demo website and schedule a meeting for more information about your business, brand, products and services, and other requirements for the website. Once we make sure the website is suitable for your business and you are satisfied with the specifications, we will send you an invoice for payment through bank transfer while we work on your website.

Till date, all our customers were satisfied with the websites we developed. However, in case we are really not able to make you happy with the website included in this package, you have two options:

- Option 1: Cancel the order and we will refund 100% of your payment.

- Option 2: We can discuss further changes and customisations to address your needs, for which we will first send you a quotation for additional charges for your approval. If you will not be satisfied with the quotation, you can still proceed with Option 1.

Within this package, the website content (text) needs to come from you, but, if your content is in English, we offer you to review and edit your content complimentary. However, if you do not have content and are not sure what to write, we can provide content writing services based on your needs. In this case, a fee will apply based on the language, as well as the type and amount of content required. Please note, that we will first discuss the required content and send you our proposal with the price. We will proceed with content writing only after your approval of such proposal. Also, please note that in case of content writing required from our side, there will be a delay in website launch (so the website will not go live within 7 days), which will depend on the amount of content required.

The website within the WEB4SME Package is in English language. However, if you provide all the textual content, we can make it in another language that uses the Latin alphabet. In case of other languages, e.g. Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Japanese etc., we will first discuss the requirement with you.

Within the WEB4SME Package, we can also provide you with generic photos related to your business free of charge.

If you don’t have a logo, you have two options. One is to simply write your company name (or it’s shorter version) in a suitable font and colour on the website. Another option is for us to design a logo for you for an additional fee. In this case, we will first provide you with a proposal and price for your decision.

It means that we will host your website on our server, so the website will be visible online, and will make sure that all the software is functioning and is up-to-date. In addition, we will also work on any minor changes you might require throughout the period of the contract.

This means that for a whole year, we will help you with all required content additions and changes, which includes up to 4 additions/changes per month or up to 4 hours of work per month.

For email marketing, you need to provide your customers (or other stakeholders) contact details. These include at least the email ID, but it’s better if you also have their full name and other details relevant to your business communications. We provide you with an email marketing account with up to 2,000 contacts. If you have more contacts, additional contacts will be added for a fee. In all cases, if you have any contacts from Europe, your database needs to be compliant with the GDPR Law.

An online banner is a simple advertisement present on a website, in an email, or any other online platform. Online banners serve to promote your business online, where visitors can click on the banner to reach a specific page on the website.

A social media post graphic is the image or other visual you see on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.), which is accompanied by text (caption) in a post.
